Agriculture operating experience

Supporting Drone Operations Beyond the Battery

Connect batteries and charging with field power, mobility and real farm workflows—without turning this program into a complete-drone offer.

Start with the right route

Three ways to structure supply

The best first step depends on whether you already know the model, the platform or the commercial channel.

01

Existing battery model

Start with a verified Herewin family and confirm voltage, capacity, connector, bay, BMS, charger and quantity for the aircraft or channel.

Choose this path
02

Distributor or OEM program

Build repeatable supply around a selected range, private label, packaging and commercial documentation for Brazilian distribution.

Choose this path
03

Platform matching or custom

Share the real aircraft and operating evidence when the existing range needs a different interface, duty cycle or pack architecture.

Professional applications

A battery program for the real work cycle

Agriculture is a priority, but the same evidence-led process supports industrial and professional platforms.

Agricultural spraying, seeding and spreading

Review payload, field cycle, battery rotation, cleaning and charging routines for repeated agricultural work.

Industrial inspection

Plan batteries for inspection missions where aircraft configuration, reserve practice and data-collection windows affect the duty cycle.

Mapping and surveying

Match energy, weight and communication requirements to mapping platforms and repeatable mission planning.

Heavy-lift and cargo UAVs

Evaluate high-voltage or high-energy families against the aircraft, payload and protection limits.

Logistics and delivery

Explore battery rotation and charger planning for commercial delivery or VTOL programs after platform review.

Training, emergency and specialised operations

Use the same evidence-led process for training fleets, firefighting or specialised platforms without assuming a universal pack.

Product families

Choose the family before locking the specification

Each family answers a different priority across current, energy, communication, charging or brand scope.

High-rate LiPo

For platforms with demanding current profiles. Confirm voltage architecture, discharge behavior, connector, bay and charger before sampling.

Smart UAV batteries

For buyers who need battery state, protection or communication reviewed with the aircraft and charger.

High-voltage packs

For selected 14S or 18S platforms. The aircraft, controller, BMS and charger must accept the architecture together.

High-energy and semi-solid

For operators comparing energy planning and payload cycles. Published density references are product-specific, not a universal promise.

Chargers and charging systems

Two-channel, multi-channel and higher-power options can be evaluated as part of a fleet rotation plan.

Custom PACK and private label

For a defined platform, OEM packaging, communication requirement or repeat commercial program that needs engineering review.

  2. 2Voltage, capacity and current
  3. 3Fit and connectors
  4. 4BMS and communication
  5. 5Charger and aircraft

The sequence structures the commercial review; final scope depends on the approved configuration.

A voltage or capacity reference does not prove compatibility. Battery bay, retention, connectors, current, BMS communication, charger and operating cycle are reviewed together before sampling.

Commercial programs

One core program, three buying contexts

Distribution, OEM integration and fleet continuity use the same technical foundation while preserving their own commercial decisions.

A distributor path designed for repeat supplyImporters and channel partners can begin with selected established models, then build a range around actual demand instead of carrying unsupported stock claims.
01

1. Define the channel

Share customer type, aircraft families, sales channel and expected starting quantity.

02

2. Shortlist models

Compare established products and document the platform, charger and interface assumptions.

03

3. Confirm commercial terms

Review quotation, packaging, documentation, import route and written availability.

04

4. Validate samples

Test fit, communication, charging and operating procedure with the agreed aircraft.

05

5. Prepare repeat supply

Align label, support, replacement planning and a realistic reorder rhythm.

06

6. Review the range

Use actual buyer feedback to decide whether to add models or move to an OEM path.

OEM and platform matching without a catalogue promiseThe same program can serve a manufacturer that needs a repeatable component or an operator that needs a platform-specific replacement. The route changes the evidence and approval work, not the standard of review.

Existing-model OEM

Start from an established battery family and align label, packaging, connector treatment, documentation and commercial quantities.

Platform-specific matching

Map the aircraft, bay, power profile, communication and charger before a sample or custom PACK is proposed.

Private label and channel support

Coordinate approved brand presentation, repeat documentation and after-sales handoff for a defined B2B program.

Engineering review

Herewin leads cells, PACK, BMS, testing and technical documents; XT Brazil leads the Brazilian commercial path.

Battery continuity is a fleet workflowThere is no universal battery-count formula. Rotation depends on mission length, turnaround, charger capacity, reserve practice, temperature and operator discipline.
01

Map the duty cycle

Record sorties, payload changes, flight windows, cooldown and the reserve rule.

02

Pair the charger

Check channel count, power, connector, input conditions and safe charging procedure.

03

Plan rotation

Separate ready, charging, cooling, inspection and reserve states so operators can see the real fleet condition.

04

Document continuity

Keep serial, label, maintenance and incident records for repeat ordering and support conversations.

Commercial execution

One commercial path for Brazilian buyers

Clear conditions

Supply conditions, warranty and support

Starting quantity

Selected established models can support samples or small starting B2B orders. Final quantity depends on the product and commercial requirement.

Production timing

When cells and components are available, normal production can often be completed in about two weeks. Final timing is confirmed per order.

Brazil stock

Regular Brazil stock is not maintained as a blanket promise. Approved orders can be imported for direct delivery or XT warehouse delivery; local stock is evaluated when recurring demand justifies it.

Warranty

The standard warranty period is 6 months. Scope and claim process are confirmed in the quotation and order documents.

Import preparation

Documents and import preparation

The document set is route- and product-specific. Ask for the current files during quotation; do not assume every item applies to every battery or shipment.

Technical product sheet

Model, electrical architecture, dimensions, weight, interface and approved operating notes.

Safety and transport files

MSDS, UN38.3, packing and transport information where required for the confirmed product and route.

Commercial pack

Quotation, lead time, written availability, label or OEM scope, destination and delivery terms.
